At JoyArtisan.pk, we take pride in delivering our fresh, handcrafted baked goods right to your door with care. Here’s everything you need to know about our delivery process:

Delivery Area: We currently offer delivery services only in Karachi. We hope to expand to other regions in the future!

Order Timing: Orders placed before 10:00 PM will be delivered the next day between 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Orders placed after 10:00 PM will be delivered the day after, within the same time window.

Delivery Service: We work with trusted local couriers to ensure your order reaches you fresh and on time. Our team ensures that every item is packaged with care to avoid any damage during transportation.

Delivery Charges: Delivery charges are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location within Karachi. We aim to keep our charges reasonable while ensuring the freshness of your order.

Failed Delivery: If you're unavailable at the time of delivery, our courier will attempt to contact you. If you cannot be reached, they may leave your package in a safe location, or you may need to reschedule the delivery.

Order Cut-off Time: Orders made after 10:00 PM will be processed for the following day’s delivery.

Delivery Delays: We strive to deliver on time, but please note that external factors like weather or high-order volumes may occasionally cause delays.
